I’m usually an L(even XL) and i bought size M. It fits great and really gives me that snatched look in dresses plus the hole from belly button is not visible. The stripes are cool thing because it helps do the panty doesn’t roll down at all. I think that’s very important. The only bad size is that the fat on the back is kinda visible because the shapewear is not high enough. I still recommend it and i will buy it in different colors.
